What if I told you that the solution to coping with stress at work wasn't about how to solve for the stress, but how to develop a relationship with the stress itself? Ever wonder why some people thrive in chaos?

After coaching leaders across Australia for 15 years I've discovered something rather fascinating, that stress isn't the issue, our response to it is what determines whether we flourish or go bust. This eye opening training will provide you with tested, practical strategies based in science, to not only cope with workplace pressure, but to use it as FUEL for peak performance.

**Course Overview**

This is a powerful one day programme that changes the way people know and handle stress in the workplace. We don't teach you band aid solutions, and generic relaxation, we prefer to teach you lasting systems that function in real business world conditions. There'll be a space for people to learn to see their own stress patterns, and how to develop tailored responses for them, and how to put better boundaries in place in their work place, that are beneficial in terms of growth, productivity, and well being.

The programme serves them interactive workshops, exercises, and real life scenario planning to take back to the office and put to work right away. We tackle the reality of living in today's world, where we're always on, pulled in multiple directions, and subjected to intense workplace duress, and show how we can all find sure footedness in the ground that are already standing on.

**Morning Session: The Stress Profile Exercise**

Personal Stress Mapping: Discover your own triggers, reactions and coping mechanisms when you are under stress. Learn how to differentiate between good stress that drives performance and bad stress that sabotages effectiveness.

Energy vs Time Management: Find out why typical time management is not effective during periods of stress and how to plan your energy instead, completing tasks around your natural energy pattern, rather than against it.

The Physiology of Stress: Learn what is really happening in your body and brain during stressful experiences, and why it's important that you understand this in order to develop effective coping strategies.

**Session two: The Meteors' Guide to Reality Check Afternoon Only: How to Monitor Your Progress and Use Emotions for Fuel**

Quick Reset Practices: Learn low key, subtle practices to restore calm and refocus in high pressure moments, tools you can use in open plan offices, meetings, and other high visibility settings.

Setting Boundaries Without Destroying Bridges: Gain tools and dialogue for how to set the boundary of workload without burning a bridge or ruining your career.

Navigating Difficult Conversations: Learn strategies for navigating conflict, pushback, and unrealistic demands in a way that preserves your sanity and your brand.

End Of The Day Transition Rituals: Design your own brain deadening protocols for making the mental jump from work to after hours life, so that your "at workplace conditions" mindset doesn't spill over onto your personal time and into your personal relationships.

**Course Materials and Resources**

A full length workbook including assessment instruments, a pocket library of implementation templates, and quick reference tools is utilised throughout the course. Additional tools are guided audio terms for stress reset tools and email templates for having boundary setting conversations.

Also included are LIFETIME ACCESS to our online portal with regular updates to our materials, more case studies, and a private forum for continued peer support and answering of questions.
